Chef Khalid El Ghouibat brings with him more than 7 years of culinary experience gained through his knowledge exploring Hotel Industry across the Middle East and has been overseeing kitchen operations of various F&B outlets across Dubai.
After a stint as a Chef de Partie at the Sofitel Agadir Resort in Morocco at the young age of 23, his first overseas posting away from his own country saw him in the positions of Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in various restaurants and hotels in Dubai. This eventually led him to achieve his dream of becoming one of the culinary team members of Master Chef Arabia Season 1.
Chef Khalid, in his new role, looks forward to exploring his creativity in the different cuisines while bringing his own innovative twists to the dining experience. He will be leading the Kitchen team overseeing the operations at the All-Day Dining Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Banquet & Conferences, and also In-Room Dining services.
By the end of November, Chef is planning to launch a new and exquisite menu which will enrich the Hotel’s visitors dining experience and elevate dining offers.
