Channels restaurant turned its ambiance into complete Ramadan look. We were invited to be part of this indulgent Iftar Preview evening. The sneak peak took us to a journey where different food stations offer an amazing spread of food items.


The entrance is inviting with an attractive display of assorted dates, dry fruits, variety of special Ramadan drinks & Sahlab (a sweet & thick sauce).


Salad station had a variety of salads, cold salad platters & cheese, Sushi, mussels & other seafood was generously on offer. Assorted hot Mezzeh & Shawrama station will keep you moving around the corner. Live stations for Falafel & Foul is also available. On the other side you get to try warm flavorful soups.


Main Course has plenty of great tasting dishes, makes it hard to select. Variety of options in fish, Chicken,& Mutton. Meat fans can enjoy Sultan Ibrahim, Mutton Roghan Josh, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Cordon Bleu to name a few. Dishes with curry & steamed / grills etc are also available.


Additionally the centre of attraction is the Lamb Ouzi without which a middle eastern or we can say Arabic cuisine served during Ramadan would be incomplete.



Next comes the drooling desserts counter. Assorted Arabic sweets, Umm Ali, Kunafa, Cakes with specialy filled dates & nuts, Fresh Fruits, Carrot Cake & Ice Cream along with a whole line of items.
