Last week we spent our Friday evening experiencing cuisine from a Turkish Restaurant who master on its soft delicious Pides ( Turkish Pizzas) & many items from Middle Eastern Cuisine. Had my favorite spread of dishes, salads & starters. They serve authentic recipes from the region.
To try this hidden foodie spot with great options you need to drive all the way to JVC. Its worth the drive when you enjoy dinner in a calm ambiance, you can decide whether to opt for inside or an outside seating. As the small restaurant has done arrangements for both!
When having Arabic styled cuisine, Hummus cannot be missed along with the freshly baked hot breads to start from….. followed by Fattoush & Gayurdagi Salad heavily garnished with chopped walnuts. Starters were Lamb Kibbeh & Chicken & Mushroom Pide.
Adana Kebab ……. If you would like to opt grills here, do try Adana kebab , perfectly done & served with veggies & burghul.
Eggplant Chicken ……. I was suggested by the management to try this dish, & yes I was not very sure of how it would be. Small chicken chunks simply presented on a bed of roasted mashed eggplant won our hearts. It turned out to be a great item on our table. Loved the combination & flavors in its recipe!
The end of our meals was delightened with Chocolate Souffle & Tea. Oozing out hot chocolate from the cake tasted too good.
The restaurant offer home deliveries in near by areas.
