To enjoy the short lived pleasant weather of Dubai , alfresco dining & addiction to great ambiance along with variety of restaurant options,all this took us to Century Village for the third time.
The afternoon was quite comfortable to sit outside but the Indian melodies inside the restaurant and calm atmosphere was the reason we opted to dine inside the restaurant.
The restaurant management aims to make it a popular spot which is not only family friendly but at the same time caters to the office crowd from the surrounded areas at lunch time.
The food has perfection in taste. Spicy shots of pani puris were served to start with.
Our drinks were Shirley Temple, a mix of grenadine & sprite. Variety of Mocktails & fresh juices are also available.
In soup we tried Clear Tomato & Lemongrass flavor Soup called Thakeli Rasam.
For starter Andhara Chicken was our best selection with bite size soft battered chicken pieces coated with spices.
Non Veg Platter had delicious assorted two pieces each of Lasooi Tikka, Pahadi Seekh, Hariyali Machli, Chicken Papdi, Shami Kebab, Koliwada Jheenga, Rawa Fish.
For mains we had Goan Fish Curry with its special Goan styled recipe. It gives more delight along with a basket full of assorted freshly baked & flavored Chappatis & Naans.
The best item We tried here was the outstanding flavors and perfectly done Hyderabadi Kachi Gosht Ki Biryani. Do try this flavorsome, aromatic biryani with soft lamb pieces.
From drooling desserts menu we opted for Kulfi and enjoyed the rich creamy full of nuts Kulfi & Gajjar Ka Halwa cooked in mawa, each bite was so pleasurable.
The hospitable staff takes good care while keeping their traditions intact, you will be offered hand washing at your table.
