‘Art Of Spice’ themed Nights at Medley restaurant continues to inspire foodies & visitors at Pullman Hotel Dubai Creek. Our recent visit to Medley restaurant took us to a great culinary journey, where Chef Sweety Singh prepared a medley of Indian & desi delicacies & slow cooked Punjabi Cuisine.
Each time when Chef is back at Pullman Hotel, some innovations & new dishes are part of his grand Indian buffet.
Irresistible veg & non-veg dishes, lip-smacking chutneys & salads. And everyone’s favorite Chaat Counter where you can have unlimited paani puri, dahi puri, bhel puri etc.
Start your meals with healthy & flavorful soups like Tomato & Dhania Shorba & Murgh Kali Mirch Shorba ( Chicken Shorba).
Vegetarian main items were Wadiyan Wale Chawal( Fried Lentil Rice), Paneer Shimla Mirch ( Paneer & capsicum), Dal Makhani, Dahi wale Baingan, Mushroom masala, Sweet & Tangy Pumpkin.
Non- Veg items were Jheenga ( Prawn)Masala, Bhuna Meat Masala ( Mutton Curry), Murgh Makhan wala ( Butter Chicken), Chicken Wale Chawal ( Chicken Rice).
Menu also offers a delicious variety of fried dishes like Highway Chicken, these are soft tasty chicken pieces. Mutton seekh is another must try item. Amritsari Machi Pakodas ( Fish Pakoda) is another specialty of Chef Sweety Singh. Beetroot & Muter de Tikki ( Beetroot Cutlets), Lahori Paneer Tikka, do try these soft paneer chunks.

Desserts are so indulgent, authentic recipes of Punjabi Sweets where Chef has also added his own expertise.
