As you walk in JW Marquis Hotel, enjoy the short journey through elevators upto 68th floor and then on to the 72nd floor to enter this new world of Hotel Cartagena, with a themed tropical décor.
Follow the neon sign, enter the urban jungle full of exotic plants and make an entrance into a world that showcases a collection of memories in the shape of hip, unexpected decorative trinkets left by guests over the years: garden gnomes, pink flamingos, vintage books, parrots and peacocks… to name a few.
The lively vibes throughout your dining time with servers/waiters dancing at the tunes in front of you. Plantation, colorful birds & bold floral prints in table designs are done in the restaurant interior.

Red Snapper Ceviche …. Coconut water, mangosteen, truffle, perilla leaves, lime, yellow chilli, & shaved coconut. Enjoyed the combination of different flavors in this recipe.

Shrimp, quinoa with spiced pineapple & coconut.

Fish & Seafood:
Sanocho de Pescado, steamed Chilean seabass, cassava, corn, lantain & aji panca. When you are there don’t forget to try this dish , loved the fillet of fish dipped in soup alongwith soft chunks of vegetables.

Puerto Ricanbraised short ribs, sofrito, cassava, & coconut polenta.
Jamacan jerk spatchcock chicken, classic chargrilled spiced chicken with black bean rice.

Churros: cinnamon churros with passion fruit curd and chocolate sauce.
Smoked vanilla Cigar, smoked vanilla icecream was smartly done in a cigar shape coated with brown chocolate & with hints to taste salted caramel.
