The Food Expo 2018 – Taste the best of the World- is a group wide event dedicated to promoting the impressive range of high-quality food items from around the world. As part of the Food Expo 2018, several food-related competitions including Cookery Contests, Junior Chef Contests, Family Cooking, Salads & Sandwich, Cake Icing, Fruit & Veg Carvings & Potato Peeling, as well as live-cooking demonstrations, are being held in the stores.

They prepare over 20 different types of world cuisines from many  countries of the world. And import different types of spices – nearly 40 – from all over the world to complement  in-house produced quality foods. The  menus at Lulu change daily from breakfast to lunch and evening dinner by offering over 30 varieties of dishes per setting.

The 20 different types of biryanis  goes up with promotions or festivals.  They sell over 700,000 Shawarmas’ a year in Dubai & over 100 types of salads, and over 500,000 kilos of fruits.





Facts about LuLu Meat Section

The meat is sourced from various countries around the world. Local meat, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Kenya, & Ethiopia. Most lamb, veal and beef are imported live processed locally in the slaughter houses certified by the Municipality.

The staff can help cutting the fresh meat in desired cuts on request- a free service.

All of the marinated lines  in the stores are produced by the staff in the stores with fresh ingredients from India and the UK.  Lulu produce their own burgers, sausage, kofta and kebabs within the stores giving  customers a great choice and value for money on these lines.


 Facts about LuLu Fish Section

Fresh fish is sourced from various parts of the world- Norway, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Oman, Kuwait and the UAE. They import smoked salmon from Norway and the UK again giving customers choice and variety whilst carrying out their daily, weekly or monthly shopping.

At Lulu, fish mongers are always there on hand to cut and clean the fresh fish. They can also give suggestions or ideas on which fish is best for their meal solution.


Facts about LuLu Bakery

Lulu import almost 100 different product ranges from various countries across the world, USA, UK, Spain, Italy, India, Canada France and the Philippine’s to sell in  bakeries in Dubai

Lulu offers many types of health-related ranges such as Organic and Vegan.

They make in house 60 specialty breads, 70 Arabic products and 21 specialist Filipino products. All  specialty bread, Arabic and French bread are vegan with no milk or eggs added so almost 100 breads fall into this category.
