Jebel Ali Recreation Club, One of the oldest casual clubs in Dubai hosted its grand re-opening last week. The colorful evening was attended by media, bloggers and other special guests. Guests were entertained throughout the evening with live performances & dances.

Jebel Ali Recreation Club is home to many restaurants serving various cuisines. The restaurants offer great ambiance & food.
Live Bbq & outdoor seating are the main attractions, oudoor views & pleasant weather adds more delight to dining experience these days.
We opted to dine in Seafood Kitchen, inspired by the fish markets of Asia, with a colorful display of aromatic spices, and fresh locally caught fish.
You will find a courteous bunch of staff here, the interior has a showcase of traditional touch alongwith a display of fresh seafood & spices. Outdoor arrangement is ample & perfect to enjoy the weather and fresh seafood dishes from the menu.

We had a set menu at the evening, which consisted of delicious dishes coming up one after the other.
A sumptuous mix platter of starters which included Yellow Mustard Prawns, Thai Fish Cakes, Chicken Shrimp Sui Mai, Peanut and Mango Salad.
Prawns were done perfect & so were the fish cakes ! Prawn Crackers accompanied with starters.
Mains: Grilled Sardines in Chilli Butter, Steamed Fish with Ginger Garlic & Lemongrass Soya & Sesame, Thai Green Fish Curry, Stir Fried Rice. Enjoyed the flavorful Steamed Fish with rice. Thai Green Fish Curry also had a great taste.

Galangal Brownie with Green Tea ice- cream & Mango Cheese Cake.

    • Hello Snehanvg, Thanks for reaching out πŸ™‚ If you ask me , personally I do not like any fusion of flavors in Brownie. But this is part of my job to spread the word for those who are looking to develop taste in new flavors.
