A complete dinner experience as I mentioned earlier in my review of DXB Grill here in Millennium Airport Hotel, where your food comes to you in very impressive presentations and the taste is divine, same is here at Cactus Jacks!
We preferred to sit outside as the weather is already perfect for outdoor dining and their outdoor arrangement is very impressive with dim lights which makes an even calm ambiance.
Restaurant has an elegant interior & plenty of indoor space as well. A good number of customers started pouring in during the late evening hours. The main reasons are the variety of Veg & Non- Veg options in the menu and restaurant offers a good value for money by serving generous quantity of food in single serving which is always good for sharing between two or sometimes three. We did the same!
We were again warmly welcomed by the cheerful & caring staff . We had our welcome drinks which was a mix of WaterMelon, Mint & Pineapple & enjoyed munching on Nachos & sauce while sitting outside as the weather gets comfortable.

I had Agua Fresca Di Pepino …. This refreshing drink was a mix of Cucumber, Lemon Juice & Basil Leaves.
In Appetizers we had …..
1.Cactus Jacks Fiesta Platter …… a rich, & heaped platter with Jalapeno Cheese Nachos, Calamari Fritos, Veggie Quesadilla, Beef Taquitos, Buffalo Wings served very lip-smacking with Guacamole & Sour Cream.
2.Picante Crab Quesadilla ……. richly stuffed Flour Tortillas with Cheddar Cheese , jalapenos, Green Onions, Picante marinated Crab meat, Cilantro Tomatoes, & Chihuahua Cheese served with the same delicious Guacamole & Sour Cream. Very delicious item from the menu!
Tex-Mex Mix Grill …… All what it had was perfectly done! Chipotle marinated Chicken which was so flavorful & soft, a juicy chunk of Beef, Lamb Tenderloin, Beef Chorizo with a side of Mashed Potatoes , Asparagus, & Steak Pepper Sauce.
Mixed Seafood …… I would say an ideal Platter to delight your taste buds ……. Mouth watering selection of Fillet of Hammour, Salmon, Prawns, Calamari, Mussels, served with Calamari & Lemon Butter Sauce & Mexican Rice & Vegetables as side serving.
Lamb Amarilla ……. Cajun marinated Lamb Chops served with mashed Potatoes, Grilled Vegetables & Mole Habanero Sauce.
Dessert: Sizzling Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake ……. I can have this dessert again & again …… such a divine combination of chocolate , cake & ice-cream. Even though we were filled up a lot with sumptuous dinner, but couldn’t resist this sizzling & sweet dessert.
