As I have done multiple reviews for Medley restaurant, & each time new dishes are present with an innovation in the menu. Chef Sweety Singh has trained his entire team, his expertise is seen in the sumptuous buffet lined up every Friday. Healthier cooking styles & avoiding over usage of spices to retain the flavors are his specialty.
Pullman Dubai Creek hosted a special Dinner feast at the occasion of Diwali, the entire setup, hotel décor was done to celebrate the festive occasion.
The buffet includes spicy , delicious veg & non-veg curries, all sorts of chutneys, raita, salads & very special desi desserts are part of the menu. Not to forget the centre of attraction, the live cooking stations where you can have an impressive selection of grilled & fried meat as well as vegetarian items.
Lassi in clay pots is available in flavors to quench your thirst.
Many salads are prepared in fusion style & add an amazing touch as starters & to indulge in a perfect dinner evening.
Salads: Cucumber with Yogurt, Mushroom Chaat, Green Peas Corn Chaat, Sweet Potato, Fruit Chaat, Potato Chaat, Sweet Potato, Bitter Gourd. Chutneys like mango chutney mint chutney etc.
