My recent staycation was at Bin Majid Acacia Hotel , one of the properties of Bin Majid Hotels & Resorts.
After having an ultimate stay experience at their location at Bin Majid Mangrove, this short & sweet stay at Bin Majid Acacia Hotel was also a memorable one!
As you enter Ras al Khaimah, you don’t have to go far inside the city but the hotel is conveniently located in the emirates. Hotel provides all basic facilities, although our room was not very spacious but quite comfortable stay, with the best hotel service, strong wifi, pool, and above all the restaurants & café here serve great meals & coffee.
Breakfast At Al Nakhla Restaurant
Al Nakhla restaurant has a very spacious dining hall, with a separate but covered seating area outside with pool view.
A very sumptuous breakfast spread is available. As you walk in the restaurant, very busy morning hours are seen in the restaurant , staff running around to serve the guests. Aroma of fresh breads , pancakes ,waffles & making of omelettes at live cooking station is so captivating.
The buffet is lined up with different sorts of breads, cakes, brownies, croissants, Baked Beans, Foul Madames, Potato Veggies, Cauliflower Gratin, Egg Fried Rice, Vermicelli Upma, Chicken Sausages, Boiled & Scrambled Eggs, variety of cereals with hot & cold milk, assorted salads, labneh, creams, cheese, & freshly sliced fruits , juices ,tea & coffee.
Everything tried here was so delectable, hot & fresh.
Lunch At Al Nakhla Restaurant.
They had a set menu for lunch which was all so delicious! The options were available in both Veg & Non veg. And all items are truly good which makes it hard to decide one out of those.
Appetizer …. Sweet Corn Salad, Fattoush
Soup ….. Vegetable Vermicelli Soup
Choice of any main course ….
1.Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce served with Roasted Potatoes & Vegetables
2.Shish Taouk with Garlic Sauce served with French Fries & Vegetables.
3.Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce served with Roasted Potatoes & Vegetables.
4.Chicken Curry served with White Rice or Paratha
5.Fusilli Pasta with Tomato Sauce.
Desserts …. Fresh Fruit Platter & Dessert Platter which had Mocha Pods, Earl Grey Panna Cotta, & Orange Chocolate Mousse.
In main course we opted for Shish Taouk & Beef Steak, both were very tasty and good serving for a single person. Fusilli Pasta was also done perfect.
Dinner At Al Nakhla
Again the buffet had a gorgeous spread of Veg & Non-veg main dishes, salads, & desserts.
The salads were Tomato Egg & Corn Salad, Chicken Mango Salad, Spicy Apple Salad, Aloo Chana Chaat, Fresh Vegetables, Hummus some more in the line.
I enjoyed soft & flavorful Tandoori Chicken, other than this the delicious items were, Seafood Biryani, Baked Fish with Ginger & Soya Sauce, Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce, Cumin Roast Potato, Pasta with Pink Sauce, Aloo Mattar Sabzi, & Daal.
I tried small portions from almost all items , each dish had great taste.
In desserts we got to try these lip-smacking innovations….. Earl Grey Pannacotta, Peach Chiboust, Earl Grey Crème Brulee, Orange Choco Mousse, Mocha Pods, Rasgulla , Gulab Jamun, Pudding.
