Staycation is at its best when you enjoy a comfortable stay with complete rooms facilities, Spa, Kids, play area, gym, mini golf and excellent food quality. But above all if your hotel location is surrounded by breathtaking views it doubles the delight of your stay. My recent experience of mini staycation was in Mecure Grand Grand Hotel, winner of Arabian Travel Awards 2017 & a property affiliated with Accor Group . A very smooth drive towards AlAin takes you to the top of Jebel Hafeet where the stunning property of Mercure Grand welcomes you.
Enough parking is available hotel entrance has a touch of Arabic culture and as you walk in , surely be impressed by the magnificent interior of the vast & wide entrance Lobby. It should actually not be called a Lobby but a hall with an extensive spread and various small seating arrangements. Out of their five restaurant/café outlets , three are connected from this hall.
Another impressive element is the lush green foliage done on the walls. With a very calm and neutral color scheme of upholstery. The main entrance is done so interesting.
The staff is caring & welcoming.
Breakfast: Le Belvedere is situated at the lobby level with a capacious seating.Morning breakfast vibes are always awesome ….. As we walked in this well lit capacious restaurant the aroma of freshly baked breads and live cooking of omelettes & pancake station increased the appetite.
