Here is my first review of this Ramadan’s Iftar which began at Seasons restaurant situated in Pullman JLT. This was my second visit to the restaurant, I had pleasant dining memories from last year.
So again with the start of Ramadan , hotel offers great Ramadan deals for Iftar & Suhoor. Season restaurant has ample seating outdoor and indoor. Pullman JLT has a wide Lobby .
Season restaurant is at first floor , La Vue Lounge just next to Season Restaurant is an outdoor air-conditioned Terrace Lounge which is ready to welcome its guests for Shisha after Iftar, and it also offers a set a la carte menu for Suhoor. The caring staff great food and ambiance, this is all what you will find at Pullman JLT.
The spread of Arabic buffet is so impressive , it has a very proportionate menu with quality items on offer both veg & non-veg. They will keep changing the dishes throughout the month of Ramadan but the Arabic buffet theme will be the same. Here is the description of menu which we tried last night.
The best option to start your Iftar is to have a healthy wholesome soup ….. the soups in menu were ..
1.Chicken Vermicelli Soup
2.Lentil Soup

Starters: Variety of Hot Mezzes , crispy hot Samosas, Kibbeh etc

A separate counter is set with different nuts, and you will also find Arabic Qehwa and special Ramadan Drinks like jellab, laban, Kamaruddin, Tamarhindi, different fresh juices and soft drinks are also available.

Salads: The salads included everything from mix salads to green leafy fresh salad mix & Arabic Salads. Shankleesh, Okra salad, Egg Plant Salad, Cauliflower Salad with Tahini, Spinach with Olive Oil & Garlic Fried Veal Liver with Sumac Onion, Muhammarah, Fattoush, Tabbouleh, Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Bean Salad, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Caper Berry, dressings & dips like Balsamic Dressing, Vinaigrette Dressing and a lot more in salads & dressings.

Grills / Tandoori:
I would recommend to try the flavorful Tandoori Whole Chicken, it was done so perfect with all its moistness & flavors intact. Other grilled item were equally delicious like Grilled Lamb Chops served with stuffed Vine Leaves, lamb Kebabs, Mutton Skewers & Joojeh Kababs Chicken Skewers.

Mains: Slow Roasted Lamb Ouzi with Oriental Rice, Chicken Biryani, Vegetable Curry.
Greek Style Eggplant Moussaka, Pasta in Cream Sauce, Shrimp makbous, Kibbeh Bil Laban, Chicken Moghrabieh, Mixed Grilled Vegetables & Fish with Eggplant. All curries and rice dishes are great in taste.

Chef Levent karahan , Head Chef at Season , put all his efforts and expertise to make each and every dish tasty with its true authenticity.

Same like mains dishes , an array of deserts is displayed which includes Arabic sweets and cakes, pastries, puddings & fresh fruits. Out of so many obviously a few could be tried . The dishes were Classic Tiramisu, Brownie Cake with Gold Leaves, Aish al Siraya, Baklava, Crème Brulee, White Chocolate Cake, Panna Cotta with Strawberry, Mamool, Walnut Tart, Muhallabia and more.

Iftar buffet will be served in Seasons – all day dining restaurant, from sunset until 10.30 pm. The buffet is priced at AED 258* per person including soft drinks and Ramadan beverages. UAE residents will enjoy a special rate of AED 129* for Iftar buffet with soft drinks.
