A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY AT AL FAYRUZ RAMADAN TENT Fairmont Ajman launches a unique and contemporary tent for Ramadan


Fairmont Ajman will embrace the Holy Month of Ramadan by unveiling its first ever bespoke Ramadan tent, the first of its kind in the emirate of Ajman. Named after the precious turquoise stone, the contemporary-styled Al Fayruz Ramadan Tent will host a magical celebration of food and heritage inspired by the spirit of the season. With a 160-seating capacity, guests will embark on an unforgettable journey filled with many festive arrangements including an exquisite Iftar spread featuring Arabic dishes from the Levant region, live cooking stations and traditional Emirati sweets. Suhour will be served a la carte whilst live Oud and Qanun music, and shisha service will also be presented.

 Located in the stunning landscaped Pearl Garden and overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the Al Fayruz Ramadan Tent seamlessly blends contemporary design with traditional well-appointed Turkish touches, bringing an exclusive experience to guests wishing to celebrate in an exquisite setting. It’s charming and inviting atmosphere is the ideal place for celebrating Ramadan with beloved ones. For large corporate or social groups looking to mark this occasion together, the tent at 600 square meters can accommodate up to 160 seated guests for Iftar and 120 for Suhour.

The buffet-style Iftar will take guests on a gastronomic journey filled with a selection of culinary delights from around the region. Among the selection will be cold and hot mezzahs, chilled seafood counter, roasted lamb leg, lamb roganjosh, massaman beef curry, ouzi carving station and more, all accompanied by traditional Ramadan beverages and dates. Adding further festivity to the atmosphere, diners can enjoy freshly prepared treats from our culinary brigade as they present the best of Iftar dishes in six live cooking stations. To end on a sweet note, dessert lovers can expect traditional delicacies such as cheese kunafa, umm ali and fried cheese katayef. In an immersion of local culture and heritage, several Emirati women have been specially invited by the hotel to be presented daily during Iftar, to prepare authentic local sweets such as luqaimat. Priced at 160++ per person, Iftar will be served from sunset to 9:00 pm. An Early Bird Special discount of 15% applies for advance bookings made before 20th May. Terms and conditions apply.

 Ramadan nights continue at Al Fayruz Tent and more surprises await our guests with an extensive a la carte Suhour menu. Featuring a wide selection of grilled dishes, savoury sajs andmanakish, one live cooking station and tempting desserts, all complemented with a selection of signature shisha flavours as served in the Badr Lounge personalized style experience. Guests can enjoy the live mellow traditional tunes of Oud and Qanun music in a relaxing atmosphere. Suhour will be served from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am.
