Last week we were in Abu Dhabi at Mosaic Restaurant. Although getting hotter but still a bit windy out there in Abu Dhabi made a nice trip. Mosaic is a Lebanese Restaurant, conveniently located in Abu Dhabi, restaurant covers a normal space with an outdoor seating arrangement as well. The décor is done with antique collection , some classy pieces are displayed on walls and also seen in the entire décor of restaurant. Live cooking station, has an expert team of chefs, freshly baked breads kept coming throughout our meals. The brain behind this whole concept and the expert hands running the kitchen of the restaurant is none other than the passionate lady who is the owner of this restaurant, Hassana believes that by involving herself into the cooking behind the kitchen along with her expert team of helpers is the secret of success and of course the reason to maintain the standards in cooking.
Not only cooking, the hospitality of the staff is remarkable. Hassana along with her husband was involved in catering back in Egypt, they also have a background of chocolate business, so basically moving around the food line, they made this restaurant operational since one year.
Hassana prepares all dishes with deep interest and care , retaining the authenticity & original Lebanese flavors. The menu offers a wide range.
Variety of fresh juices were offered to us which included, Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon, Strawberry, Lemonade & Mango.
Hot & Cold Mezzes: Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Fatoush, Tabbouleh. Truly delicious Baba Ganoush ….. I couldn’t take my hands off from those hot bread Khubuz and flavored a bit smokey Baba Ghanoush.
In hot mezzeh we had ….

Mains / Grills ….
We had the most perfectly grilled meat here. Big platters of mixed grills were served on each table, it included:
