Marta’s Kitchen catering provides Dubai’s finest catering services for private and corporate events. Marta’s Kitchen is the boutique Dubai catering company.
With a vast heritage of gourmet food tradition from Spain,
Marta Yanci  planned to start a catering business and created the first set of canape-based and buffet style setups, based on the family recipes and European styled cooking.
She published her first (of many) cookbooks and opened a successful lunch-only restaurant, Marta’s Workshop.
Her future plans are to open a restaurant soon to serve her foodie fans and the customers from all across UAE.
Her recipes are perfectly curated to cater international as well as middle eastern crowd of foodies here in UAE.
If you are looking for delicacies and flavors from Spain or recipes with a middle eastern touch, then this is the perfect place to enjoy.
Moreover, in JLT she owns a small richly grown garden with organic edible herbs. She prepares her recipes while using the herbs from her own garden like geranium, kale, lemon, purple corns, tomatoes, purple potatoes, many other sorts of edible plants olive tree/plant which is a tradition from Spain as olives are an integral part of Spanish cooking. This small area is all covered with plantation and seating arrangement is done in between , which gives refreshing vibes with greenery around you.
We experienced selected special items from the menu prepared by the Chef herself to celebrate Women’s Day.
While taking a tour of her mini garden we enjoyed sipping on the Lemon Geranium drink. Variety of drinks were offered to us, I also tried fresh Watermelon drink .
Our Canapes included ….
Smoked Salmon Mousse, Carrot & Hoisin Dumplings, Hummus with goat cheese and blueberry .
Starter: Carrot flan with Green Pea Soup and Apple Salsa …… green pea soup was great, carrot flan had mild flavors.
1.Salmon Fillets over Creamy Carrots and Crunchy Nori. Very delicious and flaky Salmon fillet, enjoyed till the last bite with creamy pureed carrots. This big steak of Salmon was cooked in Sous Vide method of cooking where meat is cooked in a sealed plastic bag in hot water under a controlled temperature.
How nutritious and complete is the serving when your plate is filled with a healthy piece of meat with a cooked vegetable puree and a small quantity of greens.
2.Slow Cooked Beef Tenderloin Fillet with Purple Potato Puree and Caramalized Onions.
The beef fillet was fully cooked upon our request, and was perfectly done with all its juices and amazing flavors.

Dessert: Our last course was so indulging with combination of chocolate & coffee. Chocolate Crinkles , Coffee Cream and Espresso ice-cream. Do try this
