Weekend brunches & afternoons are well spent not only with comfortable ambiance & food but at the same time where the little ones can also be taken care of. A place where you can unwind & relax for hours & make your afternoons special ones.
Here is my review of a similar place perfect for families to enjoy brunch hours along with their little ones who can spent some quality time in the kids area which is available with the facilities for kids. Hilton Grille restaurant is part of Hilton Garden Inn, they offer a lavish Friday brunch in their capacious restaurant. The restaurant is well lit and has interesting wooden décor and indoor plantation. Seating has been done in different sections ,which also provides privacy for families and couples to enjoy food paired with live music.
A bar, on one side and a lavish spread of buffet with mix International cuisine, live cooking stations, and enticing desserts.
We were spoilt for choice, variety of fresh fruits are available to get fresh juice at the spot. We had fresh water melon juice.
Amazing selection of anti pasti and salads like Mediterranean Vegetables, Roasted Turkey, Artichoke, Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Bean Salad, Couscous Salad, Smoked Duck & Mango Peach Salad, and a lot of other types were included in the salad menu.
Butternut Squash Soup, a great treat for vegetarians. Great selection of cheese & breads to choose from.
Dimsums ….. Selection in dimsums was Mixed Vegetables, Jade Dumplings, Chicken & Prawn.
Pasta station….. All sorts of pasta was available ,cooked at the spot with cheese , vegetable, mushrooms etc to be customized according to customers choice.
Grill Station …. Chef prepared some very delicious grills from chicken, beef, lamb, additionally steamed chicken, beef roast , baked Salmon, & chicken drumsticks added much delight to your plate.
Mains …. Main dishes included some delectable items, mix cuisine had veg & non veg , curries, rice, & seafood. Dishes included Roasted Vegetables, Wild Braised Mushrooms, Chilli Garlic Mussels & Clams, Prawn Saltimboca with Cream & Sage Sauce,( prawns were wrapped with veal), Confit Octopus with Grean Beans and Tomato, Chicken Cacciatore, Lamb Roghan Josh & Steamed Rice.
Additionally there was selection of pestos, dips / chuttneys to add more flavor to the meal.
You will get to try an unforgettable variety of amazing desserts including quality cakes, tarts, pastries, mousse . I tried small bites out of those many and if I had not eaten my food earlier, I would have kept adding more desserts to my plate.
The delightful variety had Passionfruit Cheese Cake, Cranberry Swiss Cake, Paris Brest, Almond Pithivier, Almond Crumble Cake, & Meringues.
Linzer Tart,Tiramissu, Chocolate Mousse, Profitrols, Pistachio & Cranberry Cream Tart, Crème Brulee.
Dundee Cake, Fresh fruits,chocolate fountain , And waffles which can be prepared at the spot.
Restaurant location is easy,staff and specially Head chef & pastry Chef are very welcoming and well informed ,I enjoyed my food while taking all possible details of each dish.
