Looking for a perfect staycation? A place with dreamlike environment ,comfortable & relaxing stay with great dining, stunning beaches and ultimate underwater life experience…. All you will find at this one place Radisson Blu Fujairah Resort.
We were invited for a blogger’s day trip at Radisson Blu Fujairah Resort, it was a splendid trip, The amazing staff team of the entire resort served us the best.
Radisson Blu has magnificent views from each of its restaurants and cafes. The food is delicious and dining with a view makes it a perfect place to unwind with family and friends. We had our lunch in ‘’Breeze’’ restaurant with an array of dishes lined up in buffet setting. Not only this the outdoor terrace had arrangements for the live grilling and cooking. You will find the best seafood dishes here to serve you in the cold and pleasant weather of Fujairah. If you fancy eating calamari, mussels, lobster, hot soups, grilled prawns while enjoying the sea views and fresh atmosphere from the terrace of Breeze restaurant then must plan a visit to this place.
Restaurant has two separate spacious halls with classy setting and big glass windows with seaview. Both indoor and outdoor seating has been done.
We were welcomed with the gorgeous glasses of Mango Colada.
Buffet has food for everyone, Kids have been taken care of with a special kids area where play area & a mini buffet setup is done with kids meals like meat loaf with sundried tomatoes and feta cheese, fresh fruits, some mini healthy bites and ice-cream. A separate pastry section has some sweet delicacies for kids as well.
The extensive range of hot and cold starters/salads included Chicken Gravlax, Mango, Ginger & Mint cold Soup, Grilled Vegetables, Cantaloupe Salad with Mint, Thai Beef Salad, Potato Salad with Rosemary & Garlic and fresh green vegetable salad.
Sauces were also lined up to add some more spice and twist to your meals. Some of those were ….soya sauce with sesame seed, tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce, honey mustard sauce, cocktail dressing, vinaigrette dressing, balsamic dressing, french dressing
SOUPS …. Cream of Chicken Soup , Seafood Broth … both are ideal for the weather these days in Fujairah.
MAINS ……. All dishes were balanced and had options of both veg and non- veg.
Steamed Rice & Seafood Paella Rice ….. this Paella rice dish was done perfect with the right amount of seafood in it.
Baked Fish with Saffron Sauce …. I liked the mild flavored fish & enjoyed much with the sauce which is also served separately to have as much as according to your choice.
Roast Lamb with Mint Sauce …… I just took a small bit of this lamb as so many main dishes along with tempting sauces cannot be eaten at one meal. But again it tasted great too.!
Veal Sausage and Turkey Bacon & Chicken Fricadales with Pepper Sauce ……. These were fried minced chicken cutlets, soft and delicious!
Butter Vegetables & Hasselback Potatoes …. Those potatoes were served on a bed of yellow gravy , treat for vegetarians!
MENU ON THE GRILL ….. This menu was lined up in a setting at terrace with a breathtaking ambiance, the outside arrangemet with seaview adds much delight to the seafood dishes. These dishes were Octopus in Chilli Oil, Cajun Spiced Calamari, Prawns with Sweet Chilli, Salmon with Lemon, Herb Marinated Fish Fillet, Mussels, Prawns with Lemon & Garlic & Oysters.

DESSERTS ……. Banana Crumble, Orange Layer Cake, Dobosh Cake, Dark Chocolate Vanilla Cream Gateaux, Cheese Cake, Fresh Fruit Gateaux, Chocolate Brownie, Arabic Sweets Luqaimat, Vanilla Crème Brule, Avocado Milk Shake, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Plum Compote, and very delicately presented Lemon Sorbet & Orange Chocolate. There is a separate homemade colorful pastry section where you will find an array of sweet delicacies like cookies, marshmallows, tarts, cupcakes, donuts equally tempting for kids.
