International City has a newly opened chic & mini place named The Pavillion, I’m sure like me many of the readers must not have been there so far, not only you will find few eateries, but an outlet of Union Cooperative is also available to cater the residents of France Cluster in International City. Enough parking is available, seems like no hastle when it comes to parking.
Still many food outlets are expected to open in The Pavillion , recently opened is the very famous Chin Chin outlet with all its liveliness and cheerful staff. Bright colors, inviting ambiance , although restaurant is not so spacious but the tasty food attracts a good crowd of foodies in love with Chinese food.
Many bloggers and foodies were gathered at their grand launch held last week. It was hard to find a place obviously when so many fans who wanted to enjoy each & every course of meal.
With the help of much concerned & active staff we managed to get a table and started enjoying our meals .
Our cheerful attendant Anthony came with a variety of drinks we opted for the very delicious Mixed Berry Smoothie and Lemon Mint drink. What a relishing berry smoothie & a true delight!
We had hot & sour soup, it was delicious. They serve it both with chicken or vegetables.
STARTERS: Starters on offer were ….
1.Vegetable Spring Rolls …. Very richly stuffed crispy and tasty spring rolls.
2.Chilli Paneer …. treat for veg lovers.
3.Salt & Pepper Prawn …. another great tasting dish of crispy fried prawns
4.Chicken La Zi Ji ….. This was also good recipe of small soft chicken chunks .
MAIN COURSE: Some of the dishes which we relished on were ……
1.Sui Ju Fish ….. Boneless fish chunks in clear gravy along with veggies was great to go with rice.
2.Yu Xiang prawns …… These delicious prawns were fried & served on a bed of a tangy sauce .
3.Vegetable Hakka Noodles.
4.Vegetable Fried Rice.
Other dishes in the menu were Lamb Broccoli with Oyster Sauce, Stir Fried Chinese green, Vegetable American Chop Suey.
DESSERTS: For the first time I was going to try sweet fried noodles, I was wondering how good it must be to taste sweet fried noodles along with ice-cream. But it was a great recipe done by Chin Chin chef , so delish is the combination of crunchy sweet noodles and soft ice-cream scoop. Loved the dessert!
