Every Friday evening Medleys restaurant Pullmans Dubai Creek turns jazzy with rich colors, aromatic dishes, staff in traditional attire, warmth & pure Punjabi hospitality.
The vibrant Indian themed buffet named ‘Art of Spice’ has been recently introduced by Pullmans. All expertise in the cooking is done by celebrity Chef Sweety Singh who has flown in from India. Introducing the true flavors and authentic recipes where you sink your teeth in some home styled dishes, nostalgic feeling takes you in the old memories of back home. Breathtaking aromas of desi spices,famous Punjabi specialties like saag, amazing besan curry with pakoras , lassi with zeera, mango flavored lassi, original Punjabi pulao, paneer curries, chuttneys , achaar, and so much more which is all desi! The very rich authentic halwas, kulfi, jalebis etc
So if you really fancy trying home styled Punjabi cuisine along with some amazing innovations in recipes , grills, and delicious desserts, you can have all this at a very reasonable rate at Medleys every Friday.
Not only this, but your dinner gets memorable when paired with the Indian inspired Art exhibition. This great Art work is displayed at the ground floor at Le Café by the award winning Indian artists Atul Panase and jewellery display by Sachin jain’s Jorness Jewels.
I got a chance to try Friday themed buffet couple of times since its launch. Thanks to Pullmans for always having us to try on their delicacies!
Everything is so perfectly prepared with mild flavors while retaining the originality of dishes. Each time it was a different menu during our visits. We tried maximum of dishes and desserts, still recalling the lavish spread of desserts and curries ….. here I write what I tried and enjoyed …..
Some desi drinks like Jeera Lassi, Mango Lassi, and Karak Chai is available at the counters, enjoy as much as you can.

Unlimited Gol Gappay, Papari Chaat , Dahi Bara etc are prepared by the chef according to the choice.
