Kempinski Hotel Ajman lies magnificently at the end of Ajman Corniche on the shores of Arabian Gulf.

Kempinski Ajman celebrated their first Friday Garden Brunch Anniversary. We were part of the first year celebrations at their Café Kranzler’s Friday Garden Brunch. A spectacular arrangement was done outside, although the afternoon was still humid but the light breeze coming from the seaside was so inviting, and this location is going to be a hit for brunches during the upcoming pleasant days here in UAE.
The freshness of green grass, palm trees, sea view and organized seating in the garden made an enticing atmosphere, a perfect place for families and groups of friends to relax, and enjoy the delicacies from live cooking stations, these cooking stalls have something for everyone. This was significant from the cheerful crowd of foodies from different cultures who were indulged in their favorite cooking stalls here.
The most active and cheerful staff was seen running around. The entire team was continuously busy serving us at their best.
Upon arrival we were served with refreshing mango mint drink, not only this, the mocktails and mojitos counter served the drinks as per your choice .
Starters and desserts were served inside the restaurant.
Some of the starters included: Smoked Duck with Fennel Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Vegetable Terraine, Tomato Mozarella Skewers with Basil Pesto, Fussili Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad with Shrimps & Yogurt Dressing, Stuffed Artichoke with Mushroom, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Bean Salad, Fusaliya Bean Salad, Zaiton Salad, etc
Lentil Soup & Seafood Bisque.
Freshly baked breads and Pretzels were also done at the spot.
They served Beef Rib Eye Steak, Terriyaki Lamb Chops, Lamb Kofta, Fajita Spiced Chicken , Chicken Malai Skewers, Prawns, Salmon, Sea Bass etc.
I had small portions of shrimps, sea bass, Lamb kofta, & chicken malai ….. each one was done to perfection.
Sumptuous Shawarma, Saj, Lamb Liver, Fried Vegetables and Falafel were their specialties.
INDIAN COOKING STATION:
The flavors from India included Dal Bukhara, Kadhai Paneer, Safron Rice, Murg Khurchan, Tulsi Chicken Tikka, and freshly baked flavored bread ( naans). Murgh Khurchan was too good to enjoy with those naans and Tulsi chicken tikka were velvety chicken pieces with mild flavors.
CHINESE STATION :
An attractive bright red food truck model was displayed serving some Chinese items like Dimsums, Spring Rolls, Chicken Noodles etc.
Some delicious Pasta and Spaghetti was prepared at the spot.
There was an elegant display of desserts in the racks with much innovative combination of flavors & fruits. Trully impressive line of desserts out of those some are listed below:
Hibiscus Yogurt Mousse, Raspberry Pistachio, Opera Cake, White Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse, Coffee Chocolate Dessert, Caramelized Pineapple with Coconut Cream, Mango tarts, Date & Mohalabia, fresh fruits, icecreams and a lot more.
Mango tarts were also too delicious so were the Raspberry mini cakes & Date Mohalabia.
Even after so filled up with grills and yummy food, I devoured on those creamy rich desserts specially if you like coconut flavor in desserts then must try caramelized pineapple with coconut cream , it was a great combination of pineapple and coconut.
On top of it was most gorgeous Chocolate Shawarma …. So delish!!
And the big gorgeous Garden Anniversary cake specially prepared by their pastry chef for the occasion.
This colorful bright corner was full of cute minion cup cakes & cakes all around in the corner,and Chicken Nuggets, Mozarella Sticks, Mini Pizzas etc.
This grand spread of buffet is only AED 185.
After experiencing an afternoon filled with enchanting ambiance and different cuisines , I am sure to make plans in the coming months.
