This was my second visit to Avani restaurant .After experiencing one of their theme nights, their brunch menu surpassed in terms of variety in dishes , chefs and Avani team together made it an absolute dining experience. Here is how we spent our afternoon indulged in tasteful dishes.
The salads in menu were unmatchable , innovations & taste were significant.
Some of the chef’s expertise were : The gorgeous Whole Poached Salmon with Wasabi Mayonnaise ….. Poached Salmon was impressively done, whole Salmon was decorated with cucumbers and tasted great.
Mixed Seafood Gelatine …… these small square tartlets were so rich and creamy stuffed with mixed seafood, spinach and topped with shrimps. Great savory treat!Thai Papaya Salad with Mango & Cilantro, Beetroot Panna Cotta, Virgin Bloody Mary Shots with Crispy Celery Sticks, Mixed Garden Greens, Vegetable Terrine Horseradish Crème, Pan Fried Scallops with Lentil Bell Pepper Salad ..…
Smoked Duck …….. big flavorful slices of duck meat were so delicious.
scallops tasted great and so was the duck.
Hot and cold mezzeh, all fresh green salads were part of this great spread as well.
Soups in the menu were Beef Goulash Soup & Vegetable Broth Soup.
Their grill section is worth trying, your favorite meat is grilled live by the chefs, selection of all kind of meats at grill station makes you much greedy.
I had my plate of juicy soft and delicious mixed grill platter …. I opted for Shrimps, Chicken, and Salmon. With all its aroma and taste it was served on our table. We also savoured those soft chunks of tandoori chicken with freshly baked chapatis.
The gorgeous Veal Rib captivated everyone’s attention, served with special thyme, mushroom jus.
Other dishes were:
Mixed garden Greens & Quinoa, Smoked Tofu and Green Lentils, Poached Salmon & Pak Choy, Braised Shallots, Turkey bacon Wrapped jalapenos, Mushroom Toasti with Shaved Parmesan, Deep Fried Corn Batter Balls, Baked Sweet Potato, Asparagus & Chopped Egg Tomato Dish,Seafood Mac n Cheese, Corn on the Cob, Chilli Con Carne, Moroccan Chicken Tagine, Black Pepper Lamb.
The most enticing Kid’s corner was seen here with an amazing Cheese fountain alongwith Nachos, french fries & Spaghetti Bolognese.
Dessert section displayed line of gorgeous sweet treats many of which we tasted were deliciously done . Desserts included:
Strawberry Log Cake, Mille Feullie Raspberry, Strawberry Mint Salad with Whole Wheat Crumble, Red Velvet Swirl, Apple Crostata, Fruit Cake, Lemongrass Crème Brulee, Eclairs, Chocolate Pudding and Chocolate fountain with fresh fruits and all time favorite for kids and adults … strawberry and vanilla ice-cream.
