1.Muscat Gosht ….. boneless tender lamb cooked with clarified butter in a spicy rich onion and tomato gravy. What legend Asha Bhosle says about this dish …‘Sightseeing in the Sultanate of Oman, I stopped for lunch at a small dhaba and had the most wonderful karahi gosht. This is my presentation of that hot afternoon’.

This impressive spread was served to us out of the detailed menu which has a wide range of dishes. Chamandi Biryani is deliciously prepared in a fusion style, pesto & biryani makes an awesome combination. The methi flavored paneer is also another delicacy to try.
Each dish has distinguishing flavors, some with new recipes and some reminding me of my childhood memories through their typical aromas present in Indo-Pak home style cooking.
The colorful enticing platter of desserts included , the authentic soft spongy gulab jamun, a portion of gorgeous gajar halwa and one of the best desserts which is kulfa with falooda ( noodles).
As always even after having such a rich meal, it was hard to resist this platter, without wasting minutes I devoured it all !
