Brunch At Medley – Pullman Dubai Creek

Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre sponsored and hosted the “Muscle Camp Seminar” which was held on 12-13 August 2016 in the hotel’s ballroom. The aim of event was to promote the “Fitness Expo Dubai” which will take place for the first time in UAE in November at Dubai International Marine Club and is expected to attract more than 50,000 visitors from all over the world.
Two of the ‘greats’ from the professional body building scene in the USA, Shawn Ray who was a top five Mr. Olympia finalist for 12 consecutive years and Chris Cormier who has competed in more than 72 IFBB competitions, co-presented the seminar and provided instructional training for optimal results on specific body areas. Along with the two world-known athletes, Dr Mutaz Tabbaa was the spokes person who has an extensive background in the fitness field. The cost of the event was 750 per person.
“We are extremely proud to be hosting the very first Muscle Camp event for Dubai at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre as the brand strongly supports a balanced healthy lifestyle, looking for the right harmony between professional efficiency and personal well-being,” Commented Mr Nishan Silva, General Manager of Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre.
In line with the upcoming Fitness Expo, Pullman Dubai Creek City Centres resident trainer, Farley Letigio is also looking to participate by supporting all in house guests and visitors at the Soma Fit & Spa Gym by offering personal training sessions at a special rate of AED 100 per class for 10 sessions.

Pullman Hotel started the day by hosting a lavish brunch at Medley restaurant. Attendees who were part of the event were special guests, media , bloggers and the two famous body building personalities Chris & Shawn.
Guests had the chance to mingle & chat with Chris & Shawn. Talked about their life experiences , their likes , dislikes and what kind of food they are fond of was a commonly asked question, of course grilled food is the preference …. replied Chris.
About the buffet…. This was my second visit to Medley. My first visit was at their extensive buffet dinner as part of the Ramadan preview which was an amazing experience.
Medley has an inviting ambiance where restaurant has been divided into sections, which is much ideal for private gatherings, friends & family events. Well lit restaurant & welcoming staff takes you to the palatable journey whether it be brunch or dinner.
At brunch mixed menu was lined up which included enticing dishes both veg , non-veg including breakfast items waffles, breads, eggs, amazing variety of salads and mains like the creamy & soft Meat Loaf, soft juicy Chicken Wings, Nachos, Seafood Chowder, Minestrone Soup, Blanket Fish, Candied Carrot, Mashed Potato, Buttered Broccoli, so gorgeously done Roasted Turkey & Fried Chicken.
Live cooking counters had sandwiches with different fillings on the other side live grilling was being done for grilled Chicken, Beef Burgers and Lobsters.
Hot & cold mezeh variety of fresh salads & some cold salads like Boiled egg with Shrimps, Wakame with Shrimp, Waldorf Salad, Hummus, Greek Salad and a lot more .
As always the most alluring section is the desserts section numerous varieties of cakes , pies, tarts etc few fruit tarts & pies which I tried were truly luscious . Some more out of those lined up were….. Coconut Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Lemon & vanilla Mousse, Chocolate Mousse, Apple Crumble, Profitrols, Opera Cake, Raspberry Mousse, Fruit Salad.
My full recommendation is to try this lavish delicious spread at Friday brunch here in Pullman DCC.
