The 35 storey tower of The Pullman Hotel & Residence Jumeirah Lakes Towers is located in cluster T of the master planned lake side community. Just minutes from Dubai’s best entertainment, leisure and shopping destinations,30 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport, adjacent to the metro station, which is connected to the newly introduced Dubai Tram, the hotel makes it very convenient to explore the city.
The Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers, as part of the Accor Hotels Planet 21 initiatives and Ramadan 2016 activities, in collaboration with Zee Arts Community and Senses Residential and Day Care Centre for Special Needs recently launched the Charity Art Project under the theme “Little Picasso”.

22 artist-volunteers from Zee Arts Community gathered for four art sessions with 15 special needs children from Senses during the month of May to work on paintings under the theme of Love, Kindness, Honesty, Generosity and Gratitude. Aiming to raise funds for Senses Centre, more than 45 masterpieces will be displayed for sale in the Pullman Dubai JLT hotel lobby during the holy month of Ramadan with an official launch of “Little Picasso” Art Exhibition on Wednesday, 8 June 2016.
The event was attended by all those innocent children who participated in Art work, their work was on display in the hotel lobby , which was admired by the guests and media. The children were awarded for their hard & special work .
The event was followed by the Iftar dinner at Seasons Restaurant . The restaurant ambiance depicts true Ramadan traditions decked with traditional lanterns and similar Arabic décor, the female staff greets you wearing their traditional Arabic attire. Restaurant has been adjoined with La Vue Terrace for the month of Ramadan. This has provided ample seating arrangement indoor as well as outdoor to relax, unwind during and after Iftar hours. Table setting is done ideally for families and groups , additionally partition in seating arrangement is also seen in the restaurant.
For Iftar , they have a wide set menu with pretty good variety in salads and main dishes .
Soups on offer on the day were… Lentil soup and mix seafood soup.
Traditional Iftar Juices were…. Kamarudin, Tamar hindi , Jallab with pine seeds & raisins and Laban.
Salads and hot & cold mezzeh included ….. Beetroot Moutable, Batata Mahroseh, Bamia bel Zeet,Hummus, Moutabel, Tabouleh, Fattoush, Laban bel Kheyar, Garlic Comfit, Greek salad, Assorted cold cuts and so much more in fresh green salads etc in addition to that the sauces were Honey Mustard , Thousand Island, Cocktail Onion etc.
Cheese and bread counter on one side had assorted breads and cheese to relish on.
Some grills, snacks / starters were … Makanek, Spinach Fatayer, Grilled Lamb Kofta, Grilled Shish Tawook,
Main course dishes were lined up along with the impressive Lamb Ouzi and live Shawarma stations and chefs were ready to grill on live stations. Other dishes were Samack Harra, Chicken Tikka, Kofta bel Tahina, Chicken makboos, Vegetable Kawaj.
Desserts had those yummiest Arabic desserts and cakes, puddings etc…. these were Umm Ali, Kunafa Cheese, Mohallabia, Apple Crumble, Cream Caramel, fresh fruits, dates, Kunafa rolls, Zanoud El Sit ( pastry rolls filled with cream), Balah El Sham ( moist & soft fritters).
All Arabic desserts are must try , I enjoyed eating Mohallabia and Cream Caramel. Grills were moist and delectable. Shish Tawook and fish were awesome. Biryani was full of flavors too. Had a good Iftar experience overall. !
