The Arabesque menu offers a great variety for Iftar & Suhoor.
I was invited for Iftar preview just before the beginning of Ramadan. The entire setup is so enticing in terms of seating with white color scheme and pool and palm tree views , LED screens where groups of friends and families can relax and unwind for hours . Beautifully arranged private seating areas are also available alongside the splashing fountains.
The Arabic theme has been given in décor with a welcome Arabic Qehwa and dates on offer at the reception, some natural decoration with those traditional spices and ingredients used in Arabic cuisine are displayed in sacs.
We had Iftar drinks like Laban Ayran , mango, Jallab etc
Assortment of hot and cold mezzes and extensive variety of salads included seafood salad, tabbouleh, marinated salmon salad, stuffed vine leaves, Mohammara, Mussels salad, Fattoush, Okra salad, mix lettuce, hummus, pickles, Greek salad, Moussaka eggplant, variety of olives, and so much more .
Soups included Mushroom soup and Lentil soup with lemon and croutons.
On one side was the all time famous & favorite in Arabic cuisine Kharouf Mahshi( Lamb Ouzi) . Live counters of Pizza and Shawarma where chefs were seen busy showing expertise and serving at their best. Additionally in snacks Cheese & Spinach fatayers and falafels Cheese Sambousak were in abundance.
The amazing main course and grills menu had Stuffed Quails with Freekeh, Chicken Wings, Biryani, Stuffed Vine Leaves with Lamb Stew, Marinated Prawns, Lyonnais Potatoes, Chicken with Potatoes,Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce, Lamb Kofta, Kebbeh bil Laban, Haris, Vegetable Curry, and a lot more. Each dish had a unique flavor , curries were mild with lip-smacking gravies, all kinds of kebabs and grills were so delectable.
Above all was the variety in Arabic desserts like Aish El Sraya, Znoud El Sit, Baklawa, Basbousa, Kunafa , Umm Ali, and range of mini cakes ,pastries, Muhalabia, creme Brulee, fresh fruits , assorted dates and much more were on the display to relish on.
