Soulfull Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

In today’s busy, hectic routine & prolonged working hours. Most of us hardly find time to set up a healthy lifestyle specially when it comes to eating. Due to lack of time & availability you end up with unhealthy eating .
A very special eatery which is serving gourmet healthy concept has the solution to this, opened 10 months ago hidden in Emirates financial Towers in DIFC is the Soulfull Restaurant. After its branch in Abu Dhabi now it is gaining much popularity in Dubai because of its unique concept, balanced meals, innovative recipes, salads and much more.
Whether its veg or non-veg ,customers enjoy healthy meals here with the finest selection of ingredients which are prepared in olive oil, without any dairy products and excessive frying.
This small restaurant is best suited to cater the foodies and working crowd for lunch / dinner in DIFC and surrounding areas . Comfortable and relaxing ambience is so inviting with the fresh color scheme of green and white.
We had the pleasure of trying the amazing addition in the menu when they launched their new menu few weeks back,. We were welcomed cheerfully and guided by the restaurant manager Rajeesh .
I truly enjoyed sipping on their special Mango Ginger Limonata drink, thick pulp with a mix flavor of mango ginger & lemon but ginger & lemon were the two main flavors in it.
The soup which was served to us is pure healthy addition in their menu. Light but at the same time filling up your stomach good in taste, Soup of the day….thick pumpkin soup with hints of some chopped veggies with traces of olive oil , this what we were explained by the chef.
Another innovation of Soulfull Restaurant are the Pumpkin falafels served with tahini sauce. The good thing in each recipe is these are either grilled, baked or steamed and with hints of olive oil only. No fats and frying enjoy healthy eats !
Salmon Nacoise ….. so rich and healthy with the best served sumptuous salmon pieces along with fresh salad , boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes , after having this bowl of salad with a much healthy option of salmon in it …. There is no need left for any other meal, but we only tasted some out of it as we came to know some more stuff was about to be served in main course.
Another recipe served with a twist was Kafta, the very delicious lamb kebabs served in baked round mini pita breads alongside some veggies, vine leaves, pickles and dip.
Good news for those like me in love with the meat and grills ….. again the grilled platter is also prepared using olive oil served with light salad garnished with feta. After eating so much till now we felt so light and were ready to relish on the new addition Quinoa Biryani , simple & light biryani totally in favor of your diet plans… where you don’t have to reduce eating or skip your meals but eat everything because Soulfull has made it all possible !
In desserts we were served their special blissful Energy Protein Bites which included round mini sweet balls of Dark chocolates, Cranberry Pistachio, Matcha Protein….
Dark chocolate balls were made of dates & hazelnuts. I liked the soft Matcha coconuts bites which had japenese green tea powder, coconut, peanut butter and honey that was so different and mouth melting. Cranberry with pistachio ,oats, honey and white chocolate ….. another mix of healthy ingredients made to flavorful mini bites.
The mind behind each recipe Chef Hari explained to us that these bites are prepared by coating with honey and date paste.
A very different experience for healthy eating at Soulfull restaurant. Thanks for introducing us to this new concept …. Thanks Soulfull restaurant.
They offer deliveries also in DIFC, Business bay , and areas in Jumeirah etc.
