Qbara

Qbara Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

While entering Qbara, we pass by from a normal wooden door , as you walk in suddenly the whole scenario is changed. A very beautiful & contemporary interior , glittery walls are beautifully decorated giving a reflection of somewhat Arabic culture.
Cuisine is also middle eastern but with a modern twist. Two floors have enough seating capacity , well organized & well planned seating arrangement along with a bar on one side. Atmosphere is filled with music and laughter. We went on Monday , at around 9:30 all tables were fully occupied in the ground floor. Ambiance is good , you will see very busiest staff in Qbara all were continuously on their toes.
Our staff who was incharge of our table was Thapa , he was very helpful, cooperative and remained our good guide while deciding our menu. The best thing was he knew our language, he was very friendly and made our evening more comfortable by providing his best services to us.
So he dropped the menu cards on our table and vanished as if he had wheels under his feet like all other staff. In salad we ordered Fattoush with avocado , lemon & mint dressing which had refreshing taste .
From variety of hot dishes I ordered Crispy fried calamari with home pickled chilli mayonnaise.
I opted the main dish from their menu of ’Mashawi – grill’ …. It was Grilled marinated Poussin in sumac, onion & dried yoghurt , Chicken was nicely flavored and arranged on a bed of Arabic bread which was layered with pomegranate reduction sauce ( sort of molasses) which gave an extremely good combination with chicken.
After enjoying on all the meal, we moved on to the last session of our dinner, and opted for ice cream, I tried camel milk and elder flower scoops. Camel milk was just like an ordinary good tasting icecream , elder flower had a very pleasant flavor with slight essence in mouth.
